September 3, 2024, marked a pivotal event for The Ascott Limited; as one of Asia’s most prominent international lodging owner-operators, the organization has again been recognized as the region’s leading serviced apartment brand by the esteemed World Travel Awards, an accomplishment that the brand has consistently earned for the past nine years. The 31st World Travel Awards was held in the Philippines for the first time in the awarding body’s history.  The spectacular occasion was attended by The Ascott Limited Philippines’ Country General Manager, Patrick Vaysse, together with Cluster General Managers Cecilie Teodoro and Rennan John Reyes, who personally received the accolades from Graham Cooke, the Founder of the World Travel Awards, who also made an appearance to award the well-deserved recipients of each title. The night was filled with milestone achievements won by the Philippines as the country, along with its hospitality and travel royalties, was recognized as one of Asia Pacific’s best destinations for any occasion. 

 

Quickly picking up global rapport since its first regional distinction in 2016, the Ascott Residences has also become a trusted destination in the Philippines. Only a year later, in 2017, it celebrated becoming the country’s leading serviced apartment brand and has likewise kept the title since. This year, The Ascott Limited is celebrated as “Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2024,” while the Ascott Residences became regarded as “Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2024.” Tried and tested both Ascott Makati and Ascott Bonifacio Global City; the flagship Ascott properties in the country were also recognized as “Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartments 2024” and “Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartments 2024,” respectively. After 24 years of hospitality and service excellence, The Ascott Limited Philippines has grown into a robust 17-property group, expanding its reach nationwide.
