Organized by international publication Reader’s Digest, Trusted Brand Awards identifies winners based on consumer votes on which brand in a specific category they feel is the most trustworthy, credible, high quality, value-laden, innovative, socially responsible, and has a good understanding of customers’ needs. The selection of winners is done across several countries, including the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, where they rate 50 categories of products and services.
