How do you feel about this story?

This pandemic has changed our lifestyle in so many ways. Before the COVID drastically changed our lifestyle, we are filled withs many plans. Travels, education, work, investment and dreaming of a new house. We thought we have it all planned out but the pandemic hit us. Now, we are in a quandary, all our decisions are based on the things when things get well. But should we wait for that moment when everything is well and safe? In my case, the long bouts of working from home has become very tiring.

It also made me think that living in the Metro during this time of pandemic is very exhausting especially when we are asked to physically go back to work a few days a week. Honestly its very bothersome. Not a day would last that me and my husband would think of going back to the province.

We’ve been planning of living outside the Metro and since we presently live in the farthest North of the city, Tarlac has come to our mind. Tarlac, is considered as the Melting Pot of Central Luzon. We remember those weeks, pre COVID where we would explore the city and just have a fun. As my husband agrees, yeah why not Tarlac?

Tarlac is a province that is full of diverse cultures and it has many fascinating things to offer. The following are only a few of the reasons why you should consider living there or maybe, just maybe invest in a property here.

We know how Tarlac has become closer and with the many infrastructure projects of the Government to bring Metro Manila closer to its surrounding provinces. These project of building highways has intensified and realized at the height of the pandemic. More roads were built, highways were extended. The DPWH many commendable works when they build the Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEx), TPLEX-Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) – Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX), Capas-Botolan Road, and the Clark-Bamban-Capas Access Road.

Isn’t that great? Now travel is made so much easier and even if you still hold on to your job in the city, going home if you’re living in Tarlac wouldn’t be such a hassle anymore. And that’s what you call convenience at the very best.

My mother would always tell me that the best investment there is buying a house and lot. It is durable and viable. If you want your first venture to that of buying a house and lot or run into reality your dream of owning your dream house, Lumina Tarlac Homes is a very good idea and soon Lumina Homes will rise in Tarlac.
